The food was okay and the front desk was nice, but there was no lounge seating in the room, the computer chair was broken and fell to the floor, and the bathroom sink was loud with no hand soap.

I loved the indoor pool and the customer service, and honestly I liked everything else too.

The hotel was close to the places I needed to visit and the water was hot just the way I like it, but the room door seemed open; I had to put a chair and a hanger in front of it just to feel a bit safe.

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and organized, and the staff were very friendly and sweet; I stayed there twice and they were awesome. The hot tubs were at the right temperature, but the pool was too chilly for me—if you like cold pools you’ll be fine, but it was too cold for me. Also, light leaked through the room door from outside.
