The connection to the A27 is excellent. I really didn't expect much for the price, but it should have been clean. In our room the floor still had the previous guest's dirt, apparently it wasn't vacuumed. The showers were very dirty, and even after complaining at the reception on Saturday nothing changed. In the ladies' toilet the toilet paper ran out around 23:00 on Saturday. There was no staff to refill it, and it stayed empty until we checked out. If the whole property had been cleaner, I wouldn't have had a problem staying there, but it was not.

“Good staff clean and tidy on the inside, well placed.”

Room was cheap, clean, in good shape; toilets and showers were clean and functional, exactly what you'd expect from an inexpensive motel. Could be cleaner and a little tidier outside.

Nothing. If I could give a proper rating it would be -10: filthy, stinky accommodation. The beds were so uncomfortable that I had to get up early to stop my back from hurting. Towels smelled like the room. The pillows were so thin that literally two of them didn't help at all. Note that although it says it's a hotel, there is no private toilet, only a shared one like the shower, which I overlooked. All in all, a detour.
