Everything was spot on – the place looked exactly like the photos, the host was super friendly, though she didn’t speak Dutch or English. I used Google Translate on my phone and that worked fine. Breakfast was huge and tasty, and they even let us pack lunch for our next bike ride.

We were greeted warmly and the hotel sits up high with a nice pool view from our room. The breakfast spread was generous, and the kitchen has plates, cutlery, and a microwave for making your own meals. Drinks and sweet snacks are available for a small fee, and the Vennbahn bike path is right outside – we could lock our bikes safely.

We were welcomed right away and could jump straight into the lovely pool. The room was comfy and we slept like babies. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the hosts were very attentive.

The hosts were friendly, the rooms and bathroom were clean and well set up, and the garden with the pool was quiet. The only downside for cyclists is that the nearest restaurants are in the next village, but the host will take your order for a nearby pizzeria and bring it over.
