“Stay was mediocre.”
The surroundings and location were good, but the food was not that great; we had to ask for a towel and shower gel in the bathroom, and breakfast options were very, very limited.

The service was excellent and the rooms amazing; we visited with family and the staff were very sweet and understanding, the rooms were well maintained and the pool was also well maintained. Nothing negative.

Lovely staff. Very limited facilities. No walking tracks . The spa was closed too. Food was ok. Breakfast very good. Needed to order lunch and dinner 2 hours before which was inconvenient. Spa closed

We were promised a quiet, peaceful stay, and while the property itself was calm, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was superficially clean, but the linen was visibly dirty and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Despite having a booking for three people, the room was not prepared accordingly, so we had to request extra bedding and linen ourselves. The most serious issue was food hygiene: at breakfast boiled eggs were served on the buffet, and after eating one I noticed visible fecal matter on the shell; further inspection revealed multiple eggs with the same problem. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern, and I have photographic evidence. The manager was initially unavailable, and when he finally met us he was dismissive, insisting everything goes through “multiple levels of checking” instead of addressing the problem. The response was denial rather than resolution; we had to show him the contaminated eggs and dirty linen. Ironically, the property has a ₹5000 fine policy if guests soil linen, yet we were provided with soiled linen ourselves.
