I had a decent stay at this hotel, with the highlight being the friendly and helpful staff. The location was also quite convenient, with plenty of supermarkets, small shops, street food stalls, and coffee shops within walking distance. I was able to find an ATM nearby and some shopping centers on Quang Trung were just a short drive away. However, I did find the bed to be exceptionally firm, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep.

“I want to come back again”

My overall experience at this hotel was quite impressive, with a few minor drawbacks that prevented it from being truly exceptional. The hotel's cleanliness and amenities were top-notch, but I was surprised to find that it lacked some basic supplies, such as washcloths and hand towels. The bathroom was well-maintained, but the floor became extremely slippery when wet, making it a hazardous situation.

My stay at the hotel was a nightmare, with a location that felt isolated and lacking in amenities. There was no breakfast provided, and the nearby restaurants were subpar. The bed was uncomfortable and hard, and the water pressure was weak, making for an unpleasant shower experience. The housekeeping staff seemed unhelpful and unresponsive, and the in-room drinks and snacks were of very poor quality. To top it all off, the price was exorbitant for the service I received.
