The hotel is good overall and I appreciated the free airport taxi, but it was a huge disappointment when the front desk asked me to pay about 1 euro for printing ten sheets. A five‑star hotel frequented by wealthy guests should not be so low. It was an immense humiliation. I left very disappointed because the receptionist demanded 1 euro for printing ten sheets, which is unacceptable for a five‑star establishment.

The hotel sits in a great spot, especially convenient for reaching several government offices, evening strolls to the fountain area or the river front, and later dining at the many restaurants; it exudes a grand, traditional charm with spacious rooms compared to many other hotels nearby. It is a bit pricey, yet worthwhile if you need a relaxed working environment in both the room and lobby. The airport shuttle was also very helpful. However, the in-house dining menu could be more diverse and the pricing should be lower, at least during off‑peak periods.
