“They are fraudsters and jealous psychos. Wear a bra even if u don’t need 1 or the big lady gets mad”
I was glad to leave and get my money back. The staff were awful. A woman at the desk asked “do you need help?” in a rude tone, implying I was misbehaving when I wasn’t. She said I looked disheveled because I wasn’t wearing a bra, which felt like jealousy. She also created a fake account in my name and tried to charge me $250 for smoking after I spoke to her supervisor, who she pretended to be. I avoided them; they were committing fraud and I have proof. The smoking charge was refunded, but the woman hung up on me when I called to report the fraud. It’s absurd that someone her age would be so jealous of me for not wearing a bra. Ridiculous.
