The spot is handy—just a 5‑minute walk to Mall Road—but the overall stay was a let‑down, especially considering the high rates. The room, about 7x7 ft, felt cramped, had no window, and lacked proper ventilation. The “Free Parking” promised on the app turned out to be false; guests must use a distant paid lot for ₹300/day at their own cost. Service after checkout was poor; the staff wouldn’t help with luggage, so we had to carry everything to our car ourselves. Until the listing is fixed and service improves, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The location and staff were good, but the tea, breakfast, and room cleaning were inconsistent—cleaning only happened 2‑3 days into a 2‑3 day stay, not daily.

Breakfast was tasty and the spot was convenient, with staff who were very supportive. The room, however, was too small for three people and there was no aquaguard or RO system for drinking water.
