The staff and service were very professional, but the lifts were very warm and had no air conditioning.

The staff were super! Twinkle handled my early check-in request and I was immediately given a room after a long overnight flight. The chefs were very accommodating to my food restrictions and breakfast had a wide range of things to choose from. I had an issue with the room and the staff responded within minutes to handle the request and management followed along with email checks to assess how the situation was handled. Definitely would recommend and would visit again
