“Quarto . Pagamos superior.”

The coffee and food were good, but the pillows were terrible, the mattress was extremely soft, and the air conditioner dripped onto the larger support table. The bathroom has no spot to hang a towel. They talk about saving the environment, yet they don’t provide the means to do so.

The cleaning, politeness, and location were fine, but although the hotel claimed to have an electric car charger, there was only one spot, heavily contested, and the reception staff didn’t give much information. In my opinion, there should be more stations or at least a reservation option instead of first‑come, first‑served. I would have stayed at the hotel, but I had to take my car to the mall to charge it.

The location near the Municipal Lake, Catuaí Shopping, and the Zoo was convenient, but the mattress and pillows need to be replaced.
