“Великолепный отдых, обязательно вернусь в следующем году!”

Spent an entire month at Sugar and Spice Inn in Phuket and never once regretted staying there. The hotel felt like a cozy, stylish, and welcoming home away from home. A 7‑minute leisurely walk takes you straight to Kata Beach, which made the daily stroll a real pleasure. The restaurant deserves special mention: the food is delicious, very reasonably priced, and each dish feels made with heart—after a whole month I never got tired of the menu, and dining there was pure delight. The staff genuinely care about every guest, making you feel truly welcome. Rooms are spotless, and the overall ambiance is perfect for relaxation; nights are always quiet, ensuring peaceful sleep. Leaving was tear‑inducing, and I’ll definitely return next year. The only downside is that the hotel has no green grounds—just a standalone building—but its proximity to the beach and great restaurant make that irrelevant. A small discount for hotel guests at the restaurant would be a nice addition.

The hotel offers great value and the staff are very friendly; you can even check in directly at the restaurant. It’s located next to Kata Night Market, which sells food and clothes, and there are plenty of massage parlours nearby. The room has yellow lighting that’s a bit dim. There is no elevator; staff help with luggage at check‑in, but you’ll likely have to carry it yourself when leaving. The entrance is in a small alley beside the restaurant, so at night the lighting is dim, and one of the staircases is especially steep—be careful when going up and down.

“Great value!”

Excellent value! The hotel sits right in the middle of Kata, adjacent to the night market yet surprisingly quiet. I was greeted like a 5‑star property with a welcome drink, and communication was easy. The bed was comfortable and the air‑con worked fine.

The beds are super comfy, rooms are spacious, staff are lovely, and there are free beach mats and towels to borrow. It felt like a long walk to the beach, but that’s due to the heat and the limited beach access in Kata.

Camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Posizione centralissima e perfetta. Ottimo il riatorante se lo si vuole utilizzare. Serrature difettose
