The hotel looks impressive but suffers from poor maintenance: rooms are falling apart, the toilet seat is crooked, cabinet panels are peeling, there are no power outlets, and dinner was bland with recycled food. They didn’t give us water bottles for the blessing and only offered them when we asked. At check‑out they told us to go to the staff room to get the bottles, but we didn’t have time to show them the photo. Friends who came with us got a staff‑only room that requires going up elevator 1, another staff elevator, stairs, and a garbage area—called the Garden Suite… The hotel has potential but is currently below reasonable standards. The price doesn’t justify it, though it’s the only one in town.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly even though we didn’t speak the same language. The room was comfortable with a stunning view of the village of Piodao lit at night. The common areas were tastefully decorated. Breakfast was good, and there’s a large parking lot in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very pretty and blends into the surroundings; all the necessary amenities are there. I liked the included breakfasts, which offered a wide selection, and being able to have dinner there also helped my overall satisfaction. A small detail, but being able to open the windows is great!

Breakfast was good and the facilities were solid, but the checkout lady was very rude; I asked for a coffee and she insisted on charging €1 for it—no need. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
