The hotel looked beautiful and sits in a great spot; everything was spotless and the team, especially Lisa at the bar, were very welcoming, making our stay truly delightful.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though we had to haul our luggage up the stairs in the section we were assigned because there was no elevator; the bathroom in the room wasn’t well cleaned, and they told us it was the old part of the hotel, but it was still unpleasant to see.
