The location is convenient, the bed and pillows are good, and there’s a mini‑fridge in the room. I asked for a quiet room, but there’s constant road noise outside, and no earplugs were offered. The bathtub is moldy and dirty.

The rooms were comfy and the staff were always ready to help, though the hotel sits a bit far from the quays.

The room was very nice and the staff delivered excellent service, but the gym only opens at 7.30 and the sauna at 11.00.
