I liked the location and the breakfast was good; the rooms were spacious and the walk-in shower was a highlight. The indoor pool was ice cold, and when I told staff the heater wasn’t working, they shrugged it off, something that should have been communicated to guests. There was no French vanilla creamer, and the pillows had a faint sweat smell.

“Hard bed, need new AC unit in some rooms”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues. The room was very clean, which was a plus, but the staff's lack of assistance was a major letdown. When I reported a problem with the air conditioning, the morning clerk seemed uninterested in helping me resolve the issue.
