The location was perfect for exploring Florence. The nearby garage arrangement was great and really inexpensive. I feel a machine espresso is missing in the room; the Nescafé isn’t the best option for a place like this in Italy.

The room was very nice and fully equipped. The ground‑floor elevator hall was completely dark with no light at all.

The building is gorgeous, right in the center, making it perfect for exploring Florence; the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and courteous. We'll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The staff were pleasant, mainly reachable online. The street noise from a nearby restaurant/bar kept us up with loud chatter and shouting until about 3 am on a couple of nights. We kept the double‑glazed windows shut. We stayed for five nights and the cleaners never entered our room; I only saw them in the hallway and asked for fresh towels. In our bedroom they offered ear plugs and soap. If holiday accommodation is that noisy at night, the owners should warn guests beforehand or convert the rooms into offices.

Miss K, the manager, was exceptionally kind, professional, and offered great advice, making us feel warmly welcomed. The room was bright and surprisingly quiet, even though it’s in the heart of the historic centre, and all the sights are within walking distance.
