The place is very nice and well maintained, and the grounds/maintenance staff was polite. The room was tidy and the beds had water‑resistant mattress covers. Personally, the only downside is that I have to commute 35‑40 minutes for work.

I never got my deposit back, and my daughter left her diamond earring on the nightstand; when I called to retrieve it, they said they couldn’t find it, so the housekeeper must have taken it.

I was told they overbooked and I didn’t have a room when I arrived from 5 hours away. And there were no other places in the area. All booked. Slept in my car. Will never use extended stay or booking again and passing my experience along on every platform!!!
