The service is excellent, the balcony offers a superb panoramic view, the breakfasts are plentiful, fresh, and delicious, the rooms are clean with daily housekeeping, the buffet staff are very friendly, everything is beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was that we were given a different room than the one we booked; I understand the hotel has several rooms of the same standard, but when I ordered a jacuzzi room on a terrace I wanted a terrace, not a roof exit… It’s a bit unpleasant, and I see from reviews that this is common at the hotel. They should change this, it’s not nice.

The staff are responsive and the view is wonderful. The breakfast is relatively cheap. Given the location and the fact that there are no nearby dining options, they could pay a bit more attention to the restaurant menu.

The view is magnificent. Access to the rooftop jacuzzi is a bit awkward for a pregnant woman due to a slightly rough hatch.

“Belle vue sur la Caldeira, chambre bien aménagée, piscine”

The view of the Caldeira is very beautiful. The pool is nice. The room is comfortable with a fridge. Getting to the hotel by car is difficult, the road is narrow and dirt. There is no TV connection outside of the Greek language.

The hotel staff are helpful; the gentleman explained everything and recommended places to visit, very engaged. I suggest adding a small bowl of vegetables to breakfast, even just a tomato and cucumber. On the top floor, a small reading lamp could be added to the bedside cabinet.
