The location was the only good thing. The cleanliness was below standard: the towels weren’t properly washed, the sheets and pillowcases had stains, and the bed felt like it had insect bites—definitely not worth the rating.

Everything nearby was convenient and the location was perfect. The only downside was that the washroom door wasn’t great.

The location was good. The lobby was hot; at 14:00 I was told I could check in, but at 14:20 I was still asked to wait 10 minutes. The towel felt like a rag, and when I saw it on the toilet I wasn’t sure if it should be left on the floor. I only received one key card, and the other card didn’t work for the power outlets, so the room was very hot as soon as I entered. Wi‑Fi was unusable, breakfast had no separate service, a new cup of water and napkin were already placed, but when I returned I was blocked by a Chinese aunt. The hallway water dispenser had very little water, the lobby and breakfast area were the same place and very hot, though there was a filtered water option. It stopped working after 30 minutes, and the TV would suddenly freeze.

Breakfast was good; my favorite dish was bubur ayam. The bed felt hard; a slightly softer mattress would be better.

The spot was unbeatable—close to the mall, the beach, and you could catch a sunset from the mall restaurant on the 2nd floor while breathing in the fresh sand and sea air. Wydia and the rest of the staff were very accommodating, and the spa was also good. It made a great stop‑over before heading to the airport.
