The reception staff were very kind, attentive, and always smiling. There were many additional services available, the property is large, close to the train station, and shops are nearby. The room was cute, and they even offered extra amenities. I would stay here again. The only thing I wish for is a small wardrobe or something in the bathroom to put my clothes, toiletries, etc.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was truly within walking distance of the city center, and the room was very spacious. The bed was a bit too firm.

The location was good.

The staff were friendly and the main language spoken was English. It wasn’t very clear how to open the garage or keep the electric on, and the wooden key card had to be placed in its holder, which was a bit difficult. Still, the staff were very helpful.

Good location - note it is near Den Hagg HS train station not Den Hagg Centraal. Room was well appointed. Bathroom was renovated. Reception is off to the side from the street. When checking in after hours, it’s not immediately obvious how to enter
