Friendly Hotel

Niestety po zarezerwowaniu pokoju i dotarciu do hotelu na miejscu zostałem poinformowany, że w hotelu nie ma już wolnych miejsc. Zostałem poproszony o anulowanie rezerwacji. Nie zaproponowano żadnej pomocy w znalezieniu innego hotelu

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the location was unbeatable—just a short walk from several shopping malls and Republic Square. I first booked a single night, but the impeccable cleanliness, comfort, prime spot, and the warm, helpful, and welcoming staff—especially the manager—made me extend my visit by two more nights. I’m truly grateful to everyone for their excellent service, and I’ll definitely book again on my next trip to Yerevan.

I had a terrible experience. The hotel informed me on the morning of my departure that my room reservation had been cancelled due to unavailability, even after I had received two confirmations. I asked for an explanation in person at the hotel but received no satisfactory answer. The booking platform then blamed me for the issue, claiming that if the direct contact with the hotel hadn’t resolved it, they would have offered an alternative. Instead, I had to scramble to find a place to stay that night. This is unacceptable and should be a consumer protection issue. The “Friendly” name is just a program in such circumstances. Truly a bad experience.

Unfortunately, there was very little that I liked about the property. The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The facilities were very basic and inadequate, and the staff were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Our room was on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, which was extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage. There is basically no proper breakfast at this hotel. In the morning, we were given a very poor-quality breakfast in disposable containers. The quality and quantity were extremely disappointing and nothing like a proper hotel breakfast. Overall, the cleanliness, facilities, staff attitude, breakfast, and lack of an elevator were completely unacceptable

“Отель расположен близко к рынку и магазинам”

The location was good; the luxury room was spacious and had a kettle, iron, and hair dryer. The room should have a few more mugs and cutlery. During our three‑day stay, the room was never cleaned and the trash was never taken out, even though breakfast was in lunchboxes.
