The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful, yet the room was dirty with broken lights, a broken table, and faulty wall plugs. The building’s exterior doors didn’t lock, raising security concerns.

The check‑in guy was very smart, but the furniture, bedsheet, and room were dirty. Mold appeared in the bathroom, walls were falling apart, dust covered everything, and the bathtub didn’t drain—my kids and wife couldn’t shower.

The price and location were good, but our coffee maker lacked a filter basket and maintenance couldn’t replace it until two days later when we were leaving; they mentioned swapping it with another unit in an empty room. Vending machines were empty, there was no ice machine, and breakfast was the same both days—frozen sausage and hard‑boiled eggs. A waffle maker was present but no batter, no condiments (ketchup, mustard), and only syrup.
