The kids' play area was a plus, yet the staff treated us poorly, the cleanliness was awful, and they reused cups from other guests without washing them—just dunked them in water and handed them back. The reception was very bad, full of deception, gave no solutions, only made us wait and put obstacles in front of us instead of helping.

Nothing was good, the rooms were filthy, extremely hot, and the air‑conditioner didn't work. I switched hotels immediately, yet they still charged me for the first night even though I never stayed there.
