The host is very nice and communication is good. The accommodation is very central in St. Ives near the harbor. The place itself has charm and is lovingly furnished, though it is a bit dated. The negative points are listed, but from my view this is the English standard on the Cornish coast. The accommodation has charm, but it is also a bit dated. From my perspective, bathrooms, beds, etc. should be updated. Surface cleanliness was acceptable, a deep clean and perhaps minor renovations such as repainting walls and covering stains could be beneficial.

Very central among the quaint streets, with a very attractive frontage. The host was flexible about arrival time and friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, and I slept well.

The property’s location was excellent. It was hot on the second night; if I had stayed longer I would have needed a fan.

“Good place to stay in the heart of St Ives.”

The host was really helpful, even letting me drop off my bag after check‑out. The room was cozy, had everything I needed, and was comfortable. It’s perfect for beach trips, shopping, and a visit to the Barbara Hepworth museum, and it’s good value for money. I stayed there on a Friday night during peak season, so the street noise stayed loud until late, which was unexpected since it’s off Main Street.

“Great stay, totally recommend!”

The host was amazing, keeping my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. The place was super comfortable. I loved the location, right in the middle of Main Street and close to the beach. As a solo traveller, I felt safe the whole time. There were a few stairs, but the host helped with my luggage, which was really kind. The room was a bit small, but since I was alone for just one night, it was fine.
