“Won’t be back”

The hotel sits in a handy area and the staff were friendly and helpful, plus the breakfast and gym were acceptable. We were on the first floor where a leaking pipe from above caused mold in the bathroom and poor ventilation; the management tried to mask the issue with paint instead of fixing the leak, which left us with body rashes and respiratory problems for weeks. We checked out a day early and didn't stay the last night, yet got no refund. The front desk lady seemed aware of the major problem but was uncomfortable addressing it. That room shouldn't have been available until the leak was properly resolved. There's also a current leak in the hallway ceiling near the fire exit on the south side.

The place was clean, but the beds were too hard and high, which aggravated my back and knee issues.

I paid an extra 150 for housekeeping because my 82‑year‑old mother fell ill and we had to use the towels to clean the floor; we even called 911 to help her out of the floor, so charge me 150 for washing the towels maybe twice—really sad.

The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and the whole stay felt very good. The room and bathroom were large, the AC was ice cold, and everything was spotless, as if it had been prepared just for me. No complaints at all.
