Localização boa, com muitos acessos a transportes públicos próximos, mas atendimento ao cliente fraco. O self check‑in não estava completamente operacional, o que dificultou o processo, e a equipa de suporte por telemóvel solucionou o problema com pouca simpatia.

It was relatively cheap and the public transport was accessible. Overall it was tidy and the lady at breakfast was nice. Everything was somewhat in disarray. The self‑check‑in was broken, leading to an unpleasant conversation with the man on the information line. Breakfast was not great, and the kettle in the kitchenette was broken.
