The city. No security, many things damaged, I am dissatisfied; they gave this to my parents for their birthday. Only the small sink and the stove were clean. The listing photos show 90 % of the exterior décor. The sink broke, the floor is all messed up, the pump starts every 10 minutes, nothing good, I asked for compensation.

The boat was well‑situated facing Château d'Angers. This rental is a disgrace: dirty (spiders and other critters), the toilet was dry with a hole in a too‑small board and no toilet lid, the shower was too narrow to move in, the windows were rotten and broken without hinges. There was no security for us at night or for our belongings during the day. No outdoor furniture except a broken wooden table. The so‑called curtains were torn and didn’t hold. It’s the worst rental we’ve had since we started booking on your site. We left after 3 nights even though we’d paid for a week. A shame.

The stench of gas was unbearable even after airing the cabin, the promised view of the castle was nonexistent because we were stuck between two larger boats, there was no hot water, the mattress was stained, a hole in the floor, windows in terrible condition even cracked, and the dry toilets were not mentioned beforehand. A few cushions on the outdoor benches would have helped. In short, despite the high price we paid, we had to spend the night elsewhere!

Enjoyed a pleasant time on the water, but the pontoon was disappointing.

Although I like adventurous stays, I don't appreciate the value for money of this trip, mainly because the boat's equipment was lacking. I expected a sliding door for the dry toilets; it would have been less unpleasant for couples. Considering this boat is rented at that price and we were asked to pay extra for linens, it's completely unreasonable. Honestly, I rate the overall cost at about €80 max given the location at the foot of the castle. The neighborhood is very noisy, but you can't help it. Thank you for reading my full message; it can only help you improve.
