The location was good, but the bedsheets were torn and the room was next to the reception where staff had a loud conversation that was very audible and disturbing.

The staff were exceptionally great, making this a very good hotel overall.

The staff were polite and helpful, though the rooms felt a little bit small.

The hotel sits in a prime spot in the middle of the city, making travel easy; the nearest metro station is a 5‑minute walk and serves as an interchange for all four directions. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, with wifi, clean drinking water, and hot water all available.
