I paid through the booking app, but when I arrived they charged me again claiming no payment had been made, even after I showed the receipt. They sent a contact that I messaged but never got a reply. The customer treatment was disrespectful.

The staff were courteous and efficient. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant, and the shower was bad.

Nothing good at all. The motel was terrible. I booked on Tuesday and arrived on Friday at 20:40, but the room was still occupied so I had to wait about 40 minutes for cleaning. The shower leaked everywhere, water pooled in the bathroom and dripped into the room because there was no drain, so I had to ask for a squeegee to reduce the water. The jacuzzi didn’t work, there was Wi‑Fi but it didn’t work for guests, the menu had few options, and I found the stay very expensive for so many faults. I do NOT RECOMMEND!
