The spot was great, but the room was a mess—hair on the shower walls, faucets, sink, and walls, plus removable stains. The air conditioning was weak, though the bed was comfy. I got a late check‑out, yet the staff knocked at 11a and forgot the timing.

The room had a moldy odor, the tub faucet fell off when I turned it on and I had to reattach it, and the A/C never cooled properly.
