“Da sconsigliare”

Almost nothing was good, and the location was hard to reach, lost in the mountains. To get to the rooms you have to pass through the restaurant. When we arrived, the manager asked if we had breakfast included and I said yes. The next morning we found ourselves in the restaurant eating breakfast: the table had toast, a bowl of dark jam that smelled bad and was acidic, three biscuits, two chocolate cake slices, and two strawberry tartlets that probably had the same jam. I only had tea, and my partner had coffee, which he tasted and left. In 20 years of booked trips, I’ve never experienced anything like this. We decided to leave, and to our surprise they told us that breakfast wasn’t included! We don’t know if it was true or a booking error, because we always include breakfast when we book, since we don’t know the local cafés and there are none nearby. Knowing this, we wouldn’t have even considered the “great breakfast,” and after pointing out the issue a discussion started. Even though we still decided to pay for one breakfast, because I didn’t have one, they said they would also report us as unwanted guests on Booking. Moreover, the couple who left before us paid 95 euros including breakfast, and we paid 100 (with a Genius discount applied later). So breakfast was included!!! I could add more, but I’ve already gone on too long. The structure is strongly not recommended.

“Bello tutto ma 0 servizi”

I liked that it was surrounded by greenery, that the room was very clean, and that it was well air‑conditioned. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows too. The bathroom was huge, complete with towels and a hair dryer. There was a fridge, a TV, and a kettle with a few tea bags, but no water. I didn’t like the narrow, one‑way, dark road to get there at night. The first shop/restaurant was 10 minutes by car or motorcycle, and the road wasn’t great. The hotel’s restaurant was closed! In the bathroom there was only soap. The fridge was empty, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water offered in the room. One night for two people cost 93 euros, with no service at all. The price was too high.

The place was fine, but I thought breakfast should have been included, yet they charged us for it.
