The place was a disaster – it was filthy, no one had cleaned it before we arrived, there were wet towels on the beds and chairs, and the beds were still made by previous guests. We left straight away and booked a hotel instead. When I asked for a refund they said no, though they offered me a discount if I stayed at one of their other properties.
