“Decepción”
I hated it entirely, first and last time. They don’t accept credit cards. We stayed from Monday 26 to Tuesday 30 June 2026 and they only came once to take out the trash; they didn’t clean rooms or wash bathrooms. There was a jacuzzi that never heated. Breakfast was scant (the egg was like a 3‑year‑old’s portion), three days had no juice, one day had no fruit, and the fruit tasted like onions. When I arrived they had no idea about my reservation. The staff were friendly, but the service was awful—what a mess!
