The beach is very close, but I wasn’t given any detailed guidance during check‑in. We had booked breakfast and dinner, so it was half‑board, yet we had to pay for drinks and even water at dinner – I've never experienced that before. I understand drinks, but water? And it was expensive.

We were really let down by our stay. The room had no towels and the phone didn't work when we first checked in. When we asked for towels later, the staff hesitated because we told them we would be checking out the next day, which made no sense—were we supposed to leave without showering just because of the checkout date? Service quality was poor overall. Cocktail glasses were missing, so drinks were poured into tiny water glasses. The beach area had no tables, forcing us to set our drinks and plates directly on the sun loungers. Breakfast and the rest of the food were disappointing; the French fries were far from crispy, soft and spongy like bread. The hotel fell short of our expectations in service, food, and room amenities, so we cut our stay short and won’t return.
