The staff were great, but the TV channels could have included some English‑speaking options; there was Netflix and Prime, but no hotel password or username. A minor issue, not a reason to avoid Thailand.

The design and decor were impressive, with meticulous detail, high‑quality fixtures and furnishings, a comfortable bed and pillows, a large smart TV, a nice pool, a healthy breakfast, and incredibly friendly owners, though there was no coffee in the room and accessing the pool was a bit tough for a senior.

We booked a room for the 23rd, checked in around 8 am on the 24th, and the owner helped us with the arrival. When we wanted breakfast that morning, the owner offered it for free because our flight had been delayed the night before and we hadn't stayed the previous evening, which was very warm. The breakfast itself was especially delicious.
