“You need to specify the room details clearly online and ensure they are correct.”

The location was close to the sports complex, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was friendly and helped me with another booking right there at the hotel. However, it was false advertising: when I booked, the reservation said “double room, with two double beds,” but when I arrived it was only one room. I’m a soccer coach and always bring my players, who are minors, when we travel to play. There can’t be just one adult with minors in a room. I had to book another room and pay for it so the children could stay together.
