The staff were friendly, the food was tasty, the place was clean, and the heated pool was enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. I checked in late, near the curfew, and they were waiting at reception. They kept offering help, asking if I needed anything, and were ready to resolve any issue. The location is great, within walking distance of “Silpo” and a lift. The room was clean and fully equipped. The pool was warm and clean, and there was a private parking lot. Prices are reasonable for the amenities. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak and the room lacked glasses and cups even though it had a kettle and fridge, but those are minor.

Good value for money, decent location, clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfasts could have been a bit more varied.
