I give the reception guys a 10/10 for excellent service and top‑level communication. The room, however, was a mess: no cleaning, mold, dirty towels, and sheets covered in other people’s hair; the shower plumbing was broken.

The hotel’s Wi‑Fi was excellent, the hot water was good, and it was clean overall with a decent breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms felt a bit dated, but they were functional.
