“Appartamento spazioso. Ottima posizione”
The apartment was spacious with many rooms to store anything. The kitchen was fully equipped with all comforts, including a microwave and kettle. The beds were very comfortable. Access to the apartment was easy with an electronic key. There were two bathrooms, one very spacious with a bathtub and shower, the other only with a toilet and sink. The elevator was roomy. The common areas were clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great for traveling by train on line S8 to reach the airport, the station, and the city center. The apartment would need repainting, and in the bathroom there were only two hooks for hanging towels for five people.

The staff were super friendly—big praise! The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The room was super tiny, everything felt very, very cramped, and there was no wardrobe. The mini‑bathroom had a tiny sink, and the shower already showed mold in the seams. There was only a small lift for guests and staff, which caused long wait times on the elevator.

The place was clean, modern, and quiet. However, finding a staff member proved very difficult; everything seemed self‑service, even check‑in. We stayed four nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at all, nor did we receive fresh towels.
Breakfast was really, really good—definitely above average with super fresh fruits and plenty of bread and cheese options. The room itself isn’t huge, but the beds are comfortable and the shower works well. It takes about 30/40 minutes to reach the city center, yet it’s close to public transport, so it offered good value during Oktoberfest. There are also a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The cleaning left something to be desired; when we arrived, there was hair on the bathroom floor.
