We stayed three nights and were completely satisfied. Check‑in was smooth, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like coffee and chocolate refills. The room was immaculate and roomy, and the location is ideal for anyone visiting Capitol Reef. Everything matched expectations. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The beds were comfortable and the location was good, but the bathroom fan was howling when we used it. I reached out to the customer‑service contact, who said she couldn’t do anything that day, even though rooms were inspected after each stay; the dust on the fan vent cover suggested otherwise. The customer service was not very good.

Clean and comfortable beds, easy access with the keypad code. It’s a bit pricey for a motel of this type, and the soundproofing is only average.

The room was pleasantly sized, the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure adequate. Checking in with the code worked flawlessly and the location was excellent.
