The staff are absolutely charming. The campsite is very pretty and welcoming. The mobile homes are new and well equipped. It was an excellent experience.

“sejour médiocre nous ne reviendrons pas et nous n'allons pas le recommander”

Nothing much, except the employee who welcomed us was friendly and gave good advice. There was no breakfast or meals offered, the bar was closed, the pool was shut even though it was summer. The place claimed to be an eco‑lodge, but the kitchen was in an industrial area, gas cylinders were mounted on the chalet wall, there were no shelves in the shower, the lamp brackets in the room were loose, and there was no kettle, teapot or mug. The TV stopped working over the weekend and we paid the full amount for services that didn’t exist. The most disappointing part was that my husband left his watch on the nightstand in chalet 36, and despite offers to cover shipping costs (check or transfer) the staff refused, which felt anti‑commercial. We live 120 km away and it’s hard to return to Pradet.

“Все было замечательно”

Everything was wonderful. The cabin was comfortable and convenient, very clean. What impressed me most was the staff’s attitude; we couldn’t check in at the scheduled time, they called us, explained where we could get the keys, and how to check in. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll choose this place. Thank you very much.

The surroundings were natural, the rooms spotless, the beds comfortable, and the welcome was warm; nothing else to note.
