Breakfast was good, and overall it was a fine spot for a short stay. However, there seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff, and extra payments and extensions weren’t properly recorded. I paid for an extra night directly at reception when I checked in, but the next day a different receptionist appeared surprised and didn’t know about my extended stay. Nothing bad happened, but I felt a bit stressed having to remind the staff about my extra day so they wouldn’t book my room for someone else. Additionally, a mix‑up with my reservation gave my room to another guest. I had told the staff several times via WhatsApp that I would be arriving late at night, yet I was handed a different room type when I arrived, which was understandable. The guy who checked me in didn’t give me a key, saying I could lock the room from inside and collect the key from reception the next morning. I agreed because it was late and I didn’t want to bother anyone. The next morning I was disturbed twice: first, a cleaner opened my door to clean the room, and later, another receptionist entered while I was still sleeping. It turned out the staff didn’t even know the room was occupied by me. The receptionist on duty simply told me that the room I had checked into was booked for another guest that day, offering no solution or apology. I had to suggest that I move to the room type I had originally booked, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress, especially with people entering my room unexpectedly while I was in bed. The communication and coordination between staff were very poor.
