The room was warm, with clean linens, a kettle, safe, mini fridge, bathrobe, slippers, and towels—everything needed. I didn't like finding other people's hair in the sink drain, and when I asked the front desk for an alarm call, it never came. There was also a food smell in the room, probably due to poor ventilation, and it seemed to be coming from the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is well located with many shops, cafés, and a small mall nearby. The room was large and clean, equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee. We had an early train to Astana and were able to check in early for 50% of the room price per night. The bathroom could use a small refresh.
