We spent almost an hour outside, banging on the door, shouting, honking, and still nothing happened. When we called the number listed on Booking it said the line was blocked. Booking tried to reach us too but with the same result. In the end we had to cancel and luckily found a hostel in the center, otherwise we would have had to spend the night on the street. Only around 1 am did someone reply on WhatsApp saying they hadn’t heard anything… TERRIBLE.

The gentleman Leonel who received me was very attentive. Breakfast was adequate. The pool looked nice and well maintained, although I didn’t use it. I didn’t notice that the bathroom was shared, that information could have been clearer in the listing, and that was a disappointment. The room was quite cold and the small heater provided didn’t keep up, plus it stopped working during the night.

The place was very good, the service was good, everything was fine and the area was safe for the vehicle. No words, nothing negative.

Our children felt very comfortable (trampoline, playground, swimming pool). The hosts were very uncomplicated. The room was a bit dark. The sink drain was clogged – fortunately a small price reduction was offered.
