The front‑office staff were friendly and the lobby and ballroom were clean and tidy, but the check‑in process was lacking a welcome, the room had no bath mat, only one cup, no rubber mat for the tub, and the towel was old; the bathroom door was dirty, an extra pillow was in the cabinet, the lobby toilet was stained, the WC bowl had slow water, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing.

The location was great, but the bed, toilet, towel flooring and essentially everything else felt like it needed a full refurbishment or removal from the property.
