Central location, helpful staff, pretty rooms, on the third floor of a renovated older house. The continental breakfast was basic with toast bread, and the street was noisy, especially on Saturdays when a music club is nearby.

The location is great, just 5 minutes to the shops, 15 minutes to the hotspots, and nice restaurants around the corner. The room and bathroom were clean, and the host was very helpful. The shower is cramped, barely enough space to move, let alone bend down. Breakfast is fairly basic, but there’s plenty to eat in the city itself.

The accommodation is very well situated next to the historic center and fully renovated inside. The rooms are new, comfortable, and well equipped. The entrance and access to the second floor where the lodging is located are very old and do not match the interior quality.

The staff were friendly, but the breakfast was a real let‑down; most items were packaged industrially, with pastries in plastic, jams and butter in single‑use tubs. In Sicily, where fresh brioche and pastries are a staple, this felt wasteful and disappointing, and it would be a big improvement to offer a few local bakery items in reusable containers for both quality and the environment.
