“Malo”
The location. No one is there to greet you. No parking, even though the listing said there would be. The phone number listed doesn't answer. There's no water to drink in the room, not even a small bottle.

Exactly as described, it’s a perfect spot to relax, disconnect, and enjoy. Beautiful and comfortable, it’s clear they pay attention to every detail. We stayed in the Mayan room and it was a unique experience. The tranquility and Randy’s exceptional service made it special. When we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, they offered us breakfast on the house! Delicious and with a sea view, we will definitely return.
The beach area and the jacuzzi are great. Sometimes the water smells bad and it takes a while to get breakfast ready.
The location, the proximity to the sea, the views from the room, and the hospitality of the hosts were exceptional; I would definitely want to come back.
