The location in the center is good, but there is no fridge in the room and it is a bit noisy.

Breakfast was good and the service was perfect, and the hotel’s location is excellent, yet the building is old and its construction made installing an air‑conditioner impossible; we stayed there during the hottest weekend of the year, which was unbearable!

Breakfast was good, the staff are very friendly, the food was excellent, the parking garage is very large, and the car stayed cool during the heat; overall, I was satisfied!

The Kaiserhof is always reliable; I stay there on all my business trips to Bonn (the station is a short walk away) and it is truly a nice and pleasant hotel with friendly staff, so I will definitely return.
