The location was great and the room had a sea view, and it was clean, but the breakfast was only decent, not exceptional, and there was no parking; the staff were friendly but said very little.

The location was great with a sea view, but that was the only highlight. The place was unbelievably filthy and worn out: grimy carpets in the hallway, broken lights, and dust everywhere. The room itself was dirty, the room lamp was broken, mold in the bathroom, and the coffee machine still had old capsules from the previous guest. Dirty cups in the room and even the cutlery in the breakfast area were unclean. The room measured only 3x3m, not 16sqm. The sink drain was dirty, the toilet lid was loose and grimy. Breakfast was terrible—plain items, no muesli, cheap cheese, sugary juice, all presented carelessly. The chairs were as dirty as the floor. We never imagined a hotel could operate without cleaning. Bottom line: never again. You’ll just get ripped off. The photos don’t match reality.

There was a private whirlpool, and public transport was convenient and well coordinated. The wooden flooring on the terrace is worn, and the wooden frame supporting the whirlpool poses a safety risk.

The staff were very friendly and the location was superb. Breakfast was good, featuring organic juices, rolls, croissants, and more. The restaurant was also very nice and affordable, though you should book for Saturday evenings. Chiavari is definitely worth it.
