“A perfect, comfortable, affordable base for our trips to Canberra. No need to look elsewhere!”

Because our son lives in Canberra, we needed a base to visit him, and this place fit the bill: reasonably priced, very roomy and comfy with a huge bathroom, and we’re happy to use it as our base every time we go to the ACT. Parking right outside the door was a bonus, and overall we’re very satisfied with this choice! A few more teabags would have been nice, but that’s about it.

“Just dont. Do yourael”

The only thing I liked was the price. The rest was awful: dead bugs in the shower, stained bedding, a constant smell like someone had been smoking 24/7 and then died in the room, walls so thin they let in the cold (7 °C outside equals 7 °C inside), dirty walls, and a blatant false advertisement! I was told there were two bedrooms, but I actually got one bedroom with an ensuite and a few beds in the living room. I checked another room and it was the same. The bathroom was always attached to a bedroom, so someone would always wake up when they needed to pee! There were so many potholes that if you care about your car, just don’t go.

“As long as your just there to sleep and nothing else at all is ok”

The TV was tiny and only basic; the setup was poor, with just two tissues in the box and extra charges for more. Pot holes everywhere, the playground was a stretch for two bits of pitiful equipment, and the tennis net was saggy.
